Become the main character. Literally. Starting August Friday August 8, 2025, you can start working towards your final form.
For this month's challenge, we're cranking the immersion dial to MAX.
What if your fitness goal wasn’t a number on a scale...…but a fictional badass you grew up idolizing?
That’s the mission. We’re challenging you to channel your favorite animated hero, video game character, anime warrior, or fantasy fighter — and start training like you’re becoming them IRL.
How Do I Join?
Step 1: Choose your Final Form
Pick a fictional character (from games, anime, cartoons, fanart, etc.) that represents your ultimate body goal.
Whether it’s:
Mikasa from Attack on Titan
Vi from Arcane
Leon S. Kennedy from Resident Evil
Geralt of Rivia
Toph Beifong
Or some deep-cut DnD-inspired OC you found on DeviantArt
...it’s fair game.
Step 2: Upload your Starting Point
Snap a photo of yourself from the last week as your real-world starting point. This is your "Before."
Step 3: Use AI to Design Your Plan
Upload both your photo and your chosen character’s image to ChatGPT with the following prompt:
“Create a workout plan for the person in the first photo that will generate reasonable results toward this body type in the second photo in 60 days.”
✅ Make sure the order of your uploads matches the prompt✅ Save the workout plan ChatGPT gives you
Step 4: Submit Your Entry
Upload your:
Starting point photo
Final Form character image
ChatGPT-generated plan
...using THIS FORM
This officially enters you into the challenge.
What are the Challenge Rules?
To complete the challenge and earn your Final Form Champion Badge, you must:
Log every workout in the Level Up app
Post a weekly progress check-in:
A side-by-side of your Starting Photo + a new progress pic

Stay consistent for 60 days straight
Why it Works
You’re not just chasing gains — you’re building a story arc.
You’re syncing with your future self. You’re showing up for the version of you that doesn’t exist yet — but could.
So who’s your Final Form?
Let’s find out.
